Returns Due to Damage or Incorrect Orders

Personal Preference Returns

If a return is requested because of sizing preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

Restocking Charge

Approved returns may be subject to a $5 restocking fee.

If applicable, this amount may be deducted from the total refund before the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products.

Customers requesting a different size or replacement item for T-shirts or casual shirts may complete the approved return process and place a new order once the original return has been accepted.

Order Cancellation Requests

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

If an order has already entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be available. In those situations, the order may still qualify for return according to this policy after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
