What products does glork sell?

glork offers a collection of T-shirts and casual shirts designed for everyday comfort, modern styling, and versatile wear.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse our collection
  2. Select your preferred product
  3. Choose the appropriate size or variation if available
  4. Add the item to your cart
  5. Proceed to checkout
  6. Complete payment securely using American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa.

All orders are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Can I cancel or edit my order after checkout?

Yes. Order cancellation or modification requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order enters processing or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping Information

Where does glork ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping services are not available at this time.

What is the shipping cost?

A flat shipping fee of $10 USD applies to all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout promotions.

Shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.

How long does delivery usually take?

Estimated timelines for most orders are:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
  • Shipping Time: 4–6 Business Days
  • Estimated Delivery Window: 5–8 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other external factors.

What carrier do you use for deliveries?

All orders are shipped through FedEx.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

We offer a 30-day return period beginning from the delivery date.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, subject to our return conditions.

What condition must returned items be in?

To qualify for return approval, products should:

  • Be unused and in new condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include tags and any included materials

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Is there a restocking fee?

Eligible returns may be subject to a $5 restocking fee.

How long do refunds take?

After the returned item is received and approved following inspection, refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.

Financial institutions or payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.
